Hellenic Bank International Banking Centers (IBC's) have successfully gone live on a new customer management system aimed at providing a streamlined and consistent service for all customer interactions across the bank's IBC's.
The International Business Division of Hellenic Bank provides integrated financial services to corporate, institutional and individual clients around the world and supports their business activities abroad.
The solution uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM at its core and has been implemented in partnership with Dot.Cy - Microsoft's leading partner for CRM implementations in the region.
